These 60 minute sessions will teach you how to gain momentum through your kick, enabling you to gradually increase the intensity of your workout. During these relaxed group sessions you will learn how to ride effectively so that you can begin to work towards your fitness goal(s); whether this be to lose weight, improve muscular strength and endurance, or to simply maintain an active lifestyle.

These sessions are suitable for all levels, and you can attend as many as you like until you feel ready to move on to a more advanced workout.

You would need:

  •  comfortable clothes and shoes, we recommend trainers and helmet,
  •  drink and pennies if we decide to end at cafe
